Mates wouldn’t be mates without helping each other. Therefore, if the material has been defectived or damaged by us we are here to help.
Due to the special products offered we cannot offer a return of the goods. We can only replace items if they have been defectived or damaged by us.
You have 5 calendar days raise the claim for an item from the date of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Sale item (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged. Items marked as B-Grade are excluded from exchange as well.
Exchanges / Refund (if applicable)
We only replace items if they have been defectived or damaged by us.
Once we receive your claim, we will notify you. Also, as soon as we receive the damaged item, we will inspect it and notify you about the result of the inspection. If your exchange is approved, we will initiate an exchange or refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
